The Monument Academy School Accountability Advisory Committee (SAAC) puts out a survey for our stakeholders to help identify our strengths, needs, and any concerns.

To help make our school community better, we ask that you take this anonymous, under 4-minute long survey if you haven’t already. Your anonymous responses will be used to help guide focus group discussions. 

Survey links for middle school and high school parents are being sent via email and text on April 21st. They will be closed at noon on Wednesday, May 5th.

Survey links for elementary school parents will be sent on April 29th.
