With lacrosse encompassing so many tactical and technical skills included in other sports, he believes that youth through high school players are best served experiencing multiple sports and activities. Equally important as playing multiple sports/activities he stresses physical literacy through strength and conditioning allowing athletes to better understand what they can do to help themselves be and feel their best.
