Donations

Monument Academy has developed an avenue of charitable giving that empowers individuals, families and organizations to advise the school how to use their donations. Donors may advise MA with respect to their donation as to the specific area of operations, classroom, project, etc.  and the school will make every attempt to honor the donor’s wishes as far as it is legally or operationally possible.

Tax Deductible

Monument Academy has been designated a 501C3 organization by the IRS and your donation may be tax deductible.  If you make a monetary or in-kind donation to the school, you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

Voluntary giving to Monument Academy has never been easier! MA has the capability to accept your gift with a credit card. You may donate any amount all at once, or subscribe to a monthly or quarterly program.

Everyday Giving

Monument Academy participates in a variety of different convenience fundraising options. Convenience fundraising are ways that the school earns money from a variety of community and business partnerships. You can learn more about all of the different convenience fundraisers we participate below. Please note that everyday giving through convenience fundraising is NOT tax deductible. In these efforts, the business or community partner is donating the funds.

Amazon Smile

AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice.

Box Tops for Education

For over 20 years, Box Tops for Education has given families an easy way to earn cash for their school, with products they already buy. Now you can simply scan your store receipt with the Box Tops mobile app to identify participating products and instantly add cash to your school’s earnings online.

King Soopers Community Rewards

The Monument Academy PTO-King Soopers Community Rewards program is now active. It is super easy to set-up and then automatic every time you shop. It does not take away from your personal fuel points or coupons. Our PTO will simply get a percentage back of all purchases. So, sign up today to Help MA:

  1. Log on to your personal account on Kingsoopers.com (you cannot do this from the app)
  2. Click “My account” under Valued Customer tab at the top of the page
  3. Community Rewards (menu on the left side)
  4. Add Organization: type in Monument Academy, then click Monument Academy BF553
  5. Enroll
